My Approach

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is evidence-based, integrative and client-centered, drawing from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Humanistic principles, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Choice Theory. I believe healing begins with understanding how past experiences shape present patterns while nurturing self-compassion and personal agency. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and inner parts with curiosity and care, helping you build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with your authentic self. My goal is to empower you to make conscious choices that support your well-being, relationships, and long-term growth.
